NBY received an inquiry stating:I would like to have a custom 3D pop-up greeting card with music made. Can you do it?
NBY reply:Sure. Do you have your own design? How many QTYs do you want? Let us make a simple quote for your reference.
The customer replied and sent me a picture and a video:It’s something like the video function. I don't have my own design. Do you have any designs that I can choose from? I want to put my logo on it and customize my music.
NBY reply: It's no problem with printing your own logo. I'll send you the similar designs for your reference. Please select one and show me. How long is your music? I suggest 30 seconds. The longer the duration, the higher the price will be. 30 seconds is a standard length. The minimum order quantity (MOQ) for our product is generally 100 PCS. I will provide you with tiered quotations at 100/200/500 PCS for your reference.

NBY reply: Please send your logo music to us, that's all.We will put the logo on the design and get back to you confirm.

The Sample is Making

NBY was keeping post the progress of sample until sample was finished.
NBY: Dear customer, the sample was finished.This is the picture and video for you check.We will arrange to send out.You will get the package within 7 days.

A week later,Customer sent the feedback of the sample:It's seems good,but I want to change the logo to the front,it's OK?
NBY reply: No problem,for saving cost, we suggest do not makeing the whole sample anymore. We will help change the design for you check.What do you think about it?
Customer reply: OK, thank you.

After Sample Confirmed

NBY: Hi Customer,the attached new picture is the modified logo,please kindly check.
Client reply: The new one looks good.Let's for mass production.

NBY: OK, we will doule check the price and send back to you.

Sample & Price Confirmed

NBY: Hi,customer,the attachment is new price for your reference.It's same as the first time we send you.
How many QTY would you like to make? I will make the invoice to you.

Client reply: This order I would like to make 200 PCS first.

NBY: OK, below is 200 pcs invoice of 50% Deposit,please send the bank slip to us after the payment done.Any questions, please let us know freely.
Client: Payment done. how many days needs for 200 pcs?

NBY:OK, thank for your efforts.about 25 days to finish 200 pcs greeting cards,not including the shipping time. We will keeping post for you.

Update the Progress

NBY:Hi,Today is printing the 3D pop up card.This is picture.

Client: OK,thanks.

NBY: Today, we are making the electronic function part.

NBY: We are making the final step,it's will be finished in coming 3 days. Do you have your own forwarder or we will help quote the shipping cost for your reference.

Client: I don't have forwarder,please quote me.Thank you.

Products finished & Shipping

NBY:Hi Cusotmer, all is finished,below is the shipping cost with different shipping time for your reference.Please let us know which one you prefer.

Client: Thank you. I think the second shipping it's OK for me.

NBY: OK,no problem,the file is 50% balance invoice with shipping cost for your reference.After the payment done please send the bank slip to us, we will arrange the shipping.
